The rains came down, and the floods came up

So the past few days have been full of lightning, thunder, and downpour! It has been raining like crazy and these are a few pictures of what has happened in our cute little town of Laie. 

This is not chocolate milk...too bad. This is the road on campus (the PCC is on the left).

 In that doorway is the computer lab where Tyler works. Almost the whole building looked like this.  

 This is the huge field (no...not a lake) right by our apartment complex.  

Again...field. Not a lake :)

But don't worry about us. We live in a second story apartment and our building in up higher so it hasn't had any flooding.  Two of the buildings have had major flooding though.  These storms have lightened up and hopefully won't last too much longer.
